Assembly

We require that all Tribe bikes are assembled and tuned by a professional - for no other reason but to ensure your are riding safely and to the best ability the bike provides. If your riding our bikes we want you to have the best experience. After you get your bike keep the receipt in order to activate our WARRANTY POLICY.

All Tribe bicycles are shipped 90% assembled. With all online bike buying this still means the wheels need to be trued, nuts and bolts need to be checked for proper tightening, extra lubricant is added for longer life, handle bars and front rim need to be attached, brakes need adjusting and pedals installed. These most of the tools that are needed for assembly:

• 4 - Allen wrench – chain tensioner
• 5 - Allen wrench – handlebars, rear rack bolts, water bottle bolts, brake pads
• 6 - Allen wrench – seat post, stem, brake lever
• 7 - Allen wrench – also acts as a screwdriver
• Bike Wrench (15 mm) – pedals, wheel bolts
• Wheel true key - true wheels for perfect rotation
• Torque wrench - proper bolt tightening strength

Once again, it is always best to have your bike assembled properly by a professional. Like other vehicles a standard for safety is needed. Safe and happy riding to all!
